IX Congreso de la Sociedad Española de Ciencias de las Religiones (SECR): Religiones en sociedades complejas. Encuentros y desencuentros. Tendrá lugar en la Facultad de Filología de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, del 13 al 15 de octubre de 2011.

The results are in from the XXth Congress of International Association for the History of Religions (IAHR): Religion, a human phenomenon, Toronto (Canada) 2010, survey,
and we are encouraged by both the number of participants who took the
survey (247) and by the overwhelmingly positive responses we received.
Attendees were, for the most part, from America, Asia, and Europe,
though there were representatives from Africa and Australia as well.
Satisfaction ratings were very high in areas such as logistics,
registration, housing, and programs; with overall satisfaction
regarding this year’s venue given as 51.2% “Very Satisfied,” and 41%
“Satisfied,” with only .5% giving a response of “Very Dissatisfied.”
Overall satisfaction with the Congress stands at 39.2% “Very
Satisfied,” 47.9% “Satisfied,” 11.5% “Dissatisfied,” and 1.4% “Very
Dissatisfied.” The plenary lectures elicited quite a range of
responses.
