The easiest way to move in Madrid is by Metro (underground). From Barajas Airport (T1, T2 and T3) you can take line 8 (pink) to Nuevos Ministerios station. Should you arrive at Terminal 4 (T4), there exists a free bus to T2 in order to arrive at the Metro.

There exists a train connection (Cercanías Renfe) between Nuevos Ministerios station and El Escorial:

Another option is to take a taxi. The trip from Barajas Airport to El Escorial will take between 60 and 90 minutes. Check the fare with the taxi driver beforehand, it can be above 60 EUR.
