Erasmus Programme

General Information

Undergraduate studies leading to graduation: Licenciatura de Filología Inglesa (English Philology Bachelor takes 4 or 5 years in Spain, but 5 at our university because of a double Major - being Spanish Studies- with a possible Minor as well -i.e. any other Modern Language).

Students have to complete 320 credits, an average of 65 per year.

Universidad Complutense Calendar

1st semester begins Oct 6th and including Christmas vacation (December 22nd - January 7th) ends 23st January.

2nd semester begins February 16th including Easter vacation (1 week) ends 31st May.

February, June and September are taken over by examinations. The Spanish Intensive course takes place in September and February.

Accommodation

Should be booked on forms issued by the Central Office as from July. There are a few Halls of Residence. Erasmus and Socrates students usually share flats
