Having a high level of English knowledge and at least one of the EU´s official languages is necessary for being accepted in this Programs. Not native English speakers have to hand in a certification in the mentioned language. The level of knowledge in a language has to be expressed as follows [Europass Language Passport]: ML (Mother Language), Understanding (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), Speaking (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2), Writing (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). The consortium institution may ask the candidate to take part in an official language exam.
