registrations for the Congress would be received, a list of all registered authors, with their organization or company
data, and
their nationalities, will be available from here.

They
payment of the congress fee must be made by bank transfer.
Swift bank transfer has to be made exactly for the
total netto amount of the registration fee. Any bank comission or
any other bank charge has to be paid by the person sending the
transfer. Otherwise, registration cannot be accepted. |

*This reduced fee is applicable to PhD
Students and young researchers. To benefit from it, they should submit
with a certification issued by the Department Head
indicating the student's situation together with the
registration form and the bank transfer justification.
Congress fees include attendance to all the sessions
(plenary lectures, round tables, oral and posters sessions), the programme, abstract booklet
(and/or CD-Rom), the list of participants, the coffee breaks and social
events.
A maximum of 2 communications per registration can be
presented.

Cancellations must be notified to the
organizing committee of the congress (congresssecretary@anque2010.org).
If cancellation is received before 30 April 2010, 80% of the fees
will be refunded. No refunds can be made after 30 April 2010
although the replacement by other participant is possible at any
time. |
|
|
In the case of any circumstance of force majoure occuring and being
not attributable to the organizers of the Congress,
preventing the participation of those who are registered or even
making impossible the celebration of the Congress, the organizers
will not be liable for any claims of any kind or be oblied to refund
the amount paid or compensate in any way. |
