- The
payment of
the congress fee must be made by bank transfer.
Swift bank transfer has to be made exactly for the total netto amount of
the registration fee. Any bank commision or any other bank charge has to
be paid by the person sending the transfer. Otherwise, registration cannot
be accepted.

*This reduced fee is applicable to PhD
Students and young researchers. To benefit from it, they should submit
with a Certification issued by the Department Head
indicating the student's situation together with the
registration form and the bank transfer justification.
Congress fees include attendance to all the sessions
(plenary lectures, round table, oral and posters sessions), programme, abstract booklet
(or CD-Rom), list of participants, coffee breaks,
welcome coktail and poster cocktail.
A maximum of 2 communications per registration can be
presented.
- Registration deadline
for being included in the list of participants is
November 30th, 2006. However, late and on-site registration
is possible. Payment at congress desk in Tenerife should be cash (euros)
or by credit card.
- Cancellations
must be notified to the
organizing committee of the congress (secretariageneral@anque2006.org). If cancellation is received before September
30th, 2006, 80% of the fees will be refunded. No refunds can be made after
September 30th, 2006. The replacement by other participant is possible at
any time.
