Verba Logica contribution

Two full-form Spanish dictionaries is Verba Logica main contribution to CANAL / LS project. To this end we designed and implemented a system to generate lexical databases from OCR'ed texts.

Each dictionary is specialised in a lexical domain:

The first includes 18885 full forms generated from a lemma database (2762 records).

The second includes 31332 full forms generated from a lemma database counting 3470 records. That is, a total of 50217 full forms and 6232 lemmas.

It is worth noting that the first dictionary is more precise in relation to content: more terms were selected which intuitively belong to psychology domains. The second, altough created from specialised literature too, present a broader topic spectrum.
