REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESKS

The desks will be open during the following hours:
           
July 17th:                   from 10:00 to 19:00
July 18th to 22nd:           from 8:30 to 19:00


PARTICIPANT ENTITLEMENTS

Participants are entitled to:

           Attend all scientific sessions
           Receive all official documentation
           Attend the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Party

Accompanying persons are entitled to all of the above except the abstract book.

Students are entitled to attend the scientific sessions of the day(s) they have registered and a copy of the
program.

PARTICIPANT DOCUMENTATION

All participants who have registered will receive a congress kitbag with the following documentation:

                    Congress Program
                    Book of Abstracts
                    Name badge *
                    Attendance Certificate
                    Local and general information brochures

* We kindly request you to wear the name badge when attending Congress sessions and events.


INSTRUCTIONS TO SPEAKERS

Since a large portion of the audience in this congress speak English as a second language, pleace
facilitate communication by using clear overheads and speaking more slowly than usual.

Special equipment

The special equipment requested for each session will be available in the room. If you want to use any
special equipment not requested beforehand, please ask the assistants at the room for your session.

Poster presentations

Each poster code is indicated in the program an will also be indicated at the head of each poster panel in
the exhibition area. The total duration of the poster session is 6 hours. If the presenting authors are not
staying besides their poster for the complete duration of the session, they should indicate in the panel the
period in which they will be available. We kindly request presenters to remove all materials from the board
at the end of the session. Special equipment is not provided for the poster presentations.
